Made of hammered iron, its strong hand-forged craftsmanship will last you for years to come. Forged and hammered by hand, the rails are 1/4" thick and 11/2" wide. Andiron fronts serve as feet. Andirons are forged from solid 3/4" bars, have a decorative twist, and a 2 1/2 " iron ball. They are approx. 11 inches high. The screen has two handles on the top rail so you can easily move it aside to work the fire.
The iron is protected by an acrylic clear coat interior finish.
If using OUTDOORS a clear powder coat finish is recommended.
